Your visit
When will I get my plan?
By the next business day after you submit your intake. Most plans arrive sooner. Your physician may ask a clarifying question first, which can add a little time.
Will I get a prescription?
If it is clinically appropriate, yes. Your physician decides what is right for you and sends any prescription to the pharmacy you chose during intake.
What if I have a question about my plan?
One follow-up question within seven days is included at no extra cost. You will get an answer from the same physician who wrote your plan.
What if online care isn’t right for me?
Your physician will tell you clearly, recommend a next step, and you will receive a full refund.
Cost and eligibility
How much does it cost?
Each condition shows its price before you start. An acne visit is $30, which covers the physician review, your plan and one follow-up question. There is no subscription.
Do you take insurance?
Not yet. Visits are self-pay with the price shown up front. Prescriptions are filled at your pharmacy, where insurance may apply.
Who can use Omega?
Adults 18 and older who are physically in California at the time of the visit.
I’m outside California. Can I use this?
Not yet. Omega physicians are licensed in California, so care is available only to patients physically in the state. Join the waitlist to hear when we expand.
